In support of Parkland County's proposal to install emergency vehicle pre-emption systems at several intersections within Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors (TEC) jurisdiction, we provided an outline of the technological and safety aspects of the proposed systems in a technical report. We also provided design services for the implementation of the systems.

Provided design and construction work packages for the end-of-life replacement of 15 kV cables, transformers and switching cubicles. Responsible for reviewing field inspection reports, obtaining municipal Utility Line Assignment (ULA), environmental permits, and crossing and proximity permits.

Prepared a detailed design and construction package to facilitate the installation of working grounds at the primary metering switchgear, repair of the duct bank at the Glenrose Hospital Building and replacement of primary cables from the switchgear cell to the switching cubicle. Also responsible for obtaining municipal approvals, utility agreements and environmental permits.
